Tom Bevilacqua
Managing Partner

Tom co-founded ArrowPath in 1997 and is a Managing Partner of the firm. He brings over 25 years of Silicon Valley experience as an executive, general manager, investor and advisor to technology driven companies. Tom primarily focuses on investments in technology enabled services (Software as a Service), and application/infrastructure software and information security.

Tom currently serves on the Board of BlueRoads, Innotas, MetaLincs, Remend, Vyatta and Xceedium. Prior investments and Board seats include Digital Island (acquired by Cable & Wireless), Critical Path (CPTH), NetSec (acquired by MCI), Immunix (acquired by Novell), Sanera (acquired by McData), Persist (acquired by Hewlett-Packard) and Knight Trading Group (NITE).

Prior to ArrowPath, Tom served as an Executive Vice President of E*TRADE Financial. At E*TRADE, Tom held a number of operational roles and was instrumental in establishing E*TRADE's successful acquisition and investment strategies. Tom was previously a Partner at two of Silicon Valley's leading law firms, where he led practice groups targeting the needs of technology start-ups. In this role, Tom served as an advisor in over 250 public and private financings.

Tom received his B.S. in Business Administration and J.D. from the University of California.
