Jerry Gramaglia is a Partner with ArrowPath and has been actively involved with the firm since its inception. Jerry brings significant marketing and operational expertise from a wide-range of industries.

Jerry currently serves on the Board, or is a Board Observer, of BeVocal, BlueRoads, Groople, Innotas and Umbria. Jerry also serves on the Board (as an Independent director) of Coldwater Creek and WageWorks.

Prior to ArrowPath, Jerry was President and COO of E*TRADE Financial, where he was instrumental in building E*TRADE's global customer base and brand. During his leadership, E*TRADE expanded beyond on-line trading into banking, lending and advice, profitably generating annual revenues over $1.0 billion.

Jerry began his career at Procter & Gamble and subsequently held marketing and general management positions at Nestle, PepsiCo and Sprint. Jerry received his B.A. in Economics from Denison University.
